Abi and Sierra are kindred friends, engaging with each other through creative practice from one ocean to another. This multi-media installation and screening is an expression of deep love through the exchange of letters, wearable art, and dance.

Long-distance friendship will always live in the liminal; a giggle on the phone, a surprise in the mail, excited anticipation on long flights. Abi and Sierra share their findings as they investigate intimacy with each other across time, memory and space. Through the tactile nature of movement and textiles, they create pockets, threads, possibilities where the physical intimacy of their friendship, if for a moment, might dwell.
