Cake for 15: Workshop and feast

A mountainous cake created specifically with the dessert preferences share by 15 people, incorporating dietary needs and contrasting tastes to create a decadent celebration for everyone to delight in and feel seen in.

Citrus cake layered with raspberry curd, tahini caramel, and dark chocolate ganache. Bourbon-flambeed Italian meringue icing with bourbon flambeed clementine oranges, powdered food dye, edible gold dust.
